Teamwork is not primarily a digital issue, but if you take a closer look at the digital transformation, you will see that social and economic changes make teamwork more relevant than before. Digital products and services are becoming more complex and require multidisciplinary teams to develop them. 

When children play together in groups, they naturally practice their teamwork skills. One of the most important things parents and teachers can do, therefore, is to give children enough space to play with other children. Fostering communication and social skills is an important foundation for good teamwork. Adults can practice these skills through play in everyday life.
