If the available class time is limited, attached are some ideas and suggestions for implementation:

• Explain and demonstrate the following content in class:
  
• Definition: netiquette and chatiquette
• Presentation of general communication rules on the Internet 

The exercise designed for this purpose in the CUMILA Wiki - c1L03 - Communicating via online communication channels - etiquette, netiquette, chatiquette, can then be tried out by the participants outside of class time. In the following lesson, they then take the time for any queries.

• The netiquette rules created should again be discussed in class. 
• Also talk to the participants about the power of images. 
• The exercise designed for this purpose in the CUMILA Wiki can be adapted as follows:
• Share out pictures of people you have found on the net. The participants should describe at home how they perceive the picture, what message the picture conveys and what it should possibly convey? Etc. In the following lesson, the images and their analysis can be shared and discussed in small groups.
• The exercise to reflect on personal usage behavior on various social media platforms in the CUMILA Wiki: c1L05 - Social Media - I'll be online for a moment! can also be given as homework.
